Notes

Don’t Include File Extension
By default, Shortcuts will automatically include a file extension if one isn’t specified. Turn this on if you want to create a file with no extension.

Comments

Can be used to change the file type of an item – rename to .csv and your file will convert to a CSV, which will work properly assuming everything is formatted properly

Try using after Combine Text > Custom, set to a comma, to make comma-separate values before renaming.

Works just like using Rename on macOS and changing the file type in the name.”.

This seemingly-simple action is very powerful because it can change file types.

If you’re looking to make spreadsheets, use this to create your CSVs.
