Just press record

Opens into Just Press Record and starts recording a voice memo.

Organize my Craft docs

Opens the “All Documents” view in your personal Craft.

Create project document

Takes a Markdown template and creates a new Craft document with the body.

Open handwriting notes

Opens the Quick Notes folder to any hand-written notes you may have made from tapping the Apple Pencil on the lock screen.

Copy handwriting

Lets you pick from recent notes and copy out the text.

Change Pencil settings

Opens the deep link into Settings > Apple Pencil.

Open work notes

Presents a menu of my choice of note-taking apps, then either presents Notes folders to pick from and show or opens directly into Craft using Open App.

Sort notes

Uses the Show Notes Folder action to set to the default Notes category to open there and let you sort anything that’s not yet added to a folder.

Open by folder group

Uses the Choose From menu action to present top-level categories for Notes folders, then includes multiple other menus for each category and opens into the chosen Folder.
