Extract text from photo

Uses Live Text to scrape out lines from a photo, then asks you to choose which ones you want and copies them.

Built to take advantage of the new “Extract Text from Image” action that uses iOS 15’s Live Text feature, this shortcut takes the result (which is multiple lines of text) and asks you to choose which ones to copy.

Then, it combines them by new lines and copies it to your clipboard so you can paste it anywhere.

Works well from the Share sheet, but if there’s no input it will also ask you to choose a photo from the Photos app.
